Send your item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving your order, with the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and Blacksquad will make the return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. If you have any queries relating to this, contact Blacksquad through the email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition and with its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the goods and have confirmed that they are in perfect condition, we will reimburse the money due to the person who made the purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for earrings of any type, nor for any fine jewellery items. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Once your return is received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method and an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item and we have process the refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Items must be return undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be return in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will receive the refund within 2-3 weeks. On the day the reimbursement is actioned you will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying the date, amount and payment details. Depending on your bank, the funds may take up to 2 to 3 working days to appear on your statement, once the transaction has completed.
If you return a product with no error on our part, we will reimburse only the amount of the product in accordance with your legal rights. We will not reimburse shipping costs for return or any other service related to your order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Blacksquad (attn. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
